Tai Chi

Originating from China, Tai Chi is a long standing martial arts form practiced for both its defence training and health benefits. Medical research has shown the art to be helpful for improving balance, general physiological health and general health, especially for the elderly. The slow movement practiced is particularly beneficial to those with arthritis.
